MINIMAL RISK IN RECEIVING FUNDS
NexGen incorporates intensive analysis and stress testing of each prospective debt settlement partner's historical settlement and collection performance in their diligence process. They conduct sensitivity analysis and adjust advance rate, pre-cap fee split, post-cap fee split, chargebacks to get a preferred return multiple to target a >20% IRR under multiple scenarios. NexGen is contractually obligated to receive its agreed upon portion of the debt settlement fees and is paid directly from the escrow account thus eliminating any collections risk associated with cash collections.
