We use a senior debt facility to provide most of the upfront capital needed for funding receivable financing and a subordinate facility to provide additional capital during times of expansion.
The company is in process of extreme growth meaning the existing subordinated debt lender will be co-investing alongside the new equity capital, exhibiting their support and strong conviction in NexGen’s continued growth potential
