NexGen’s financing solutions provide capital to their partners by purchasing the rights to future debt settlement performance fees

Settlement fees are earned and payable once a client has agreed to a settlement with their respective creditors

NexGen is contractually obligated to receive its agreed upon portion of the debt settlement fees and is paid directly from the escrow account

Funding Overview

Partner enrolls client into debt settlement program

- Client signs contract with the debt settlement partner

- Client and partner begin the process of setting up the debt settlement account (escrow)

Client continues making payments and builds account balance

- The client will continue to make monthly or bi-monthly payments into the debt settlement (escrow) account

- As the client continues to make payments, the balance in the escrow begins to build

- Once the account has accumulated, that amount is used by expert negotiators to negotiate a structured settlement with the creditor

Settlement is arranged and agreed upon by both client and creditor

- The client will continue to make payments into the escrow account as the negotiator works with the creditor on the client’s behalf

- Once the settlement is arranged and agreed to in writing by both the client and creditor, and one payment is made from the debt settlement account (escrow) to the creditor, fees are then earned in full by NexGen and the debt settlement partner

Fees are scheduled by the debt settlement company

- Fees are scheduled by the debt settlement company through the 3rd party payment processor and paid out of the debt settlement escrow account

- Contingent upon the agreed-upon settlement and capital in the escrow account, some fees are paid over a period of time or as a lump sum

- NexGen’s allocation of fees are sent directly to their collection account from the client’s escrow account – eliminating collection risk

- The remaining portion of fees is sent concurrently to the debt settlement co.
