Chad has over 10 years of finance and accounting leadership experience. Prior to joining NexGen, he led the global finance department for one of the largest California-based law firms. Earlier in his career, he was a Manager at KPMG LLP primarily focused on audits of prominent investment management companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
